Born and raised amid the rolling plains of the Free State, South Africa, Ju-Mari embodies both strength and grace. An accomplished academic and athlete, she holds degrees in Drama and Theatre Arts as well as Psychology, graduating Cum Laude with a specialization in Criminology and later completing her Honours in Psychology, also Cum Laude.
A former model and brand ambassador, Ju-Mari spent years in front of the camera before dedicating herself fully to her lifelong passions — farming, animals, and writing. She lives on a farm outside a small town, where she breeds Boergoats, Savannas, and Kalahari Reds. Her goats have earned world titles, and her Savanna and Kalahari Red studs are proudly ranked No. 1 in the world.
Despite her petite build and striking blonde hair, she is a formidable MMA fighter and kickboxer, holding provincial colours in both disciplines. Her love of challenge, discipline, and growth extends to her creative life as well.
In 2024, she turned her passion for reading into writing, discovering that stories — much like farming — require patience, dedication, and heart. Writing allows her to merge intellect and imagination while remaining close to the animals and land she loves most.
